Nicole Parks is a Registered Social Worker offering trauma-informed, culturally safe counselling to children, youth, and adults. With over a decade of experience, she supports clients navigating mental health challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, sexual abuse, relationship’s, and life transitions.

Her practice is grounded in a person-centered approach and integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, IFS, EMDR, play therapy, mindfulness, and somatic methods, while respectfully incorporating Indigenous healing practices when appropriate.

Nicole has worked across community organizations, schools, primary care and integrative health clinics, and virtual settings, facilitating both individual and group services.
